Other zones etc.
Kael: Serganent
Velks: Crystalline gargoyle/various spiders
The hole: Elemental crusader
Chardok: Chardok underling.
Rathe Mountains: Hill Giants
Crusaders (and Sentinels) in Veksar make great pets.
both of them Duel weild, they are borderline 46 and up so be prepared to use regular charm to dispose of the ones that are to high level.

..

In Wakening Lands there are 2 really awesome DCable pets. The 'A Wounded Storm Giant' and 'Rapticor'

..

In Chardok, Dizok Partizan's make great DC pets. I don't think I've ever ran into one that's not DCable. The Chokdai Growlers are always DCable and the occasional Fleshripper.

..

Elemental Capturers are the best I found in the hole. They are rogues so backstab from the rear or get an extra attack from the front.

heh IMO dire charm sucks! almost as much as the animated pet we get!

well let me rephrase that ...you dire charm a mob ...

good side
1. dire charm doesnt break
2. adds a little extra dps

bad side
1. cant tank mobs
2. dire charm mobs are usually 20 or lower lvls than the entire zone

so i guess it just depends on your needs ...in a soloing situation i would stick with regular charm! for the mob tanking ability and extra dps :P
